Automotive & Technical Personnel
is proud to announce that we will be attending this years
Opportunities
New Zealand Expo
On the 16th & 17th of October. At the
Ibis Hotel Earls Court London
UP DATE - FIRST PICS FROM
LONDON
Sunday night
London Ibis Hotel.
We have had an overwhelming response from the expo. Our UK marketing
has been a huge success and many candidates came to the expo especially
to see us. Some even coming down from Scotland and many more from
all over the UK.
PLUS with thousands of candidates at the show we have spoken to
hundreds of people and have over a hundred registered applications
from Technicians from all disciplines most with the credentials
to secure work permits and many with permits all ready and some
who have secured residency already. It will take some time to process
the number of applications we have received. But we are astounded
by the quality of applicants. Be assured we will be in touch if
we are aware of your requirements. If we are not aware of your requirements
please advise us as soon as possible.
Below are some pictures.
We look forward to talking with those
who have already committed to reviewing these files.
The Files will be back in Auckland latter this week and we will
be in touch
Regards the Autojobs team.

STAND SETUP 2-4pm 15th October 2004

Current statistics confirm that NZ's
unemployment rate is hovering around 4.0%. The skill requirements
of the motor industry are such that considerably more than 4.0% of
the workforce are unemployable within our industry. On this formula
our recruiting activities are being conducted from a negative base.
This leaves the industry with few solutions - probably the most effective
solution is to recruit qualified and experienced people from offshore.
Over recent years we have acted for qualified candidates coming
to NZ from no less than forty seven countries. Many of these people
have difficulty gaining employment because of communication difficulties,
verification of qualifications and a shortfall in modern technology
practices - to name a few. Candidates from the UK do not suffer
from a shortfall in these areas and consequently we look favorably
on approaches we receive from that source.
Our participation in the London Expo is with the support of a small number
of our national clients. Each client has nominated the specific qualification
and skill sets they require. This focus enables our consultants to readily
identify suitable candidates and to process them on a priority basis.
This service can be extended to others on
our client base and we invite your enquiry.
